What is an oxymel?

Greek word oxymeli translates to “acid and honey.” In herbal medicine, extracting plant materials into vinegar and honey yields an oxymel! It is dosed like a tincture would be, but its sweet and alcohol-free nature makes it a delicious remedy for a wide range or ages. I specifically blend each oxymel to be in delicious balance; just enough honey to take off the edge of the vinegar.
